Abstract
It's not the private property but its use; it's not the scarcity but its concentration and centratization; it's not the public deficit but tbe administration of the state income; it's not tbe profit but its extreme maximization; it's not tbe market but tbe abuse we do from its virtues; it's not the increase of band labour but its unemployment, the causes of non-satisfaction of vital needs and insufficiency of capital.
