The present story is taken from the Pesh tradition, an ethnic group whose language belongs to the Macro-Chibchan family and is located in Honduras. The story is a fantastic tale, and has to be with a series of adventures that happen to a man in search of his brother, who had gone fishing alone.
In this article, the story is presented in two versions: a literal translation, where the Spanish version closely follows the Pesh original text, and a linguistic analysis, translation verbum pro verbo, where the structural characteristics of the text are marked.
