Abstract
The study called The state of Food Security and Nutrition in the World: Protection yourself against the slowdown is a production of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization of the year 2019, which presents a brilliant exhibition on the conditions that keeps the food in the world. The chapter structure is shown in the book, which allows us to observe its general conformation. In this text the most relevant themes are developed.
