Abstract
The following article deals with a matter of femineity based on a Freudian perspective. In addition, the analysis attemps to establish if femininity comes from a biological conception or a historic-cultural construction. Furthermore, the article encourages the possibility of a new perspective of femininity found in a socialization process where gender equality is promoted.
