Abstract
The article explores certain tendencies which predict transformations in the paradigm of our time. The paradigma that govern the human destiny of XX century, the COMPETENCE, must change to a new paradigm, the COMPLETION and COLLABORATION. A paradigm able to break off power relations so that we could build a better world for everyone.
