Abstract
Structural Adjustment Policy in agricultural sector has received the name of changing agriculture, which means the removal of the production from internal traditional consumer's goods towards the production of exportable goods. This porcess has negatively influenced small agricultural production, specially of basic grians and has means a major expansion of transnational production.
